Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
Confidential psychological support for your team’s well-being and performance
What is an EAP?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a workplace service designed to support employees’ mental health and overall well-being. At Brighter Life, our EAPs provide short-term, confidential psychological counseling to help individuals navigate personal and work-related challenges.
These services are offered in a flexible, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed way — tailored to the needs of international, multilingual, and hybrid teams.

What do we support?
Our EAPs address a wide range of challenges employees may face — both at work and in their personal lives. We provide support in areas such as:
- Stress and burnout
- Anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm
- Personal life transitions (e.g., becoming a parent, relationship difficulties, loneliness)
- Grief and loss
- Major life changes (e.g., relocation, separation, returning from parental leave)
- Workplace conflict or communication challenges
- Trauma, including secondary or work-related trauma
- Emotional strain related to social, political, or global events

What to expect?
Employees receive access to confidential, 1:1 psychological consultations with a licensed mental health professional. Sessions are offered in English or Polish and are available online or onsite (depending on location and agreement).
Each EAP includes:
- A set number of individual consultations per employee (e.g., 3–6 sessions)
- Flexible appointment scheduling within working hours
- Psychological first aid or crisis intervention when needed
- Referral support for longer-term care if necessary

Benefits for your organization
EAPs are a proven way to improve employee well-being, engagement, and productivity — while reducing absenteeism and turnover. Offering an EAP shows your team that their mental health is a priority and that your company is invested in sustainable well-being.
