What we offer

Our approach is rooted in psychological first aid, emotional containment, and practical guidance tailored to your organization’s needs. We work with HR and leadership to ensure sensitive, coordinated communication and care.

What situations do we respond to?
We offer support in response to:
- Sudden traumatic events (e.g. accidents, death, violence, workplace incidents)
- Political, social, or global crises impacting employee well-being
- Secondary trauma in caregiving, social impact, or humanitarian work
- Chronic team tension or emotionally loaded organizational change
- Vicarious trauma or burnout in high-responsibility roles
- War-related trauma and displacement (including refugee contexts)
We also provide preventative consultations to prepare teams that may be exposed to ongoing emotional stress (e.g., HR in layoffs, managers supporting affected employees).

What to expect
We offer trauma-informed psychological support in the form of:

Sessions are available online or on-site (depending on location and availability) in English or Polish.
